Matteo's Trattoria & Bar in Huntington has been dramatically overhauled and stylishly reborn at its longtime address. Recommended: all mozzarella selections; fried calamari; baked clams oreganata; eggplant Parmigiana; wood-fired pizzas; bucatini all'Amatriciana; pappardelle alla Bolognese; linguine with white clam sauce; braised pork "osso buco;" strip steak with potatoes and shishito peppers; grilled head-on prawns. Kingfish Oyster Bar & Restaurant, Tom Schaudel's newest venture, is situated in The Vanderbilt, a luxury-rental residence in Westbury. You may decide to move in.
