Mitch SuDock is a talented chef. And a restless chef. Hardly a month goes by where the co-owner of Mitch & Toni’s doesn’t try out a new promotion. The latest: Sunday supper.

SuDock, who was named a Newsday all-star chef in 2011, has just introduced a family-style menu to be served every Sunday night. It features salads and pastas that can all be ordered “large” (serves 2) or “family” (serves 3 to 4). Salads include Caesar ($19, large; $27, family) and a fully loaded chopped ($24, $29). Among pastas: pumpkin ravioli with cauliflower and balsamic brown butter ($22, $31), fettuccine with wild mushroom sauce ($25, $36), gnocchi with braised duck ($26, $36), mussels with linguine ($26, $35). Family-style main courses serve 3 to 4 and include country-style chicken ($38), shrimp scampi ($43) and sliced flat iron steak with mashed potatoes ($45).

SuDock’s motto: Enough for dinner, and lunch, too.

Mitch & Toni’s is at 875 Willis Ave., Albertson, 516-741-7940.
