Proprietor and chef Kevin Liebov presents a contemporary and seasonal approach to his creations at his 90-seat bistro offering American/contemporary/eclectic specialties, with catering for 20-90 people on-premise private parties - off premise any amount catering.

Specialties include the customer favorite Country Salad with candied walnuts, mango, gorgonzola, baby greens and raspberry balsamic vinagrette, dry-aged shell steaks are cooked to the customer's satisfaction, free-range chicken, fish specials, pastas and ravioli - especially the penne marsala with housemade chicken meatballs wild mushrooms, sundried tomatoes in a light marsala sauce.

Liebov has a passion for seafood. He uses two excellent local wholesalers (Gra-Bar in Westbury and Two Cousins in Freeport) and when he decided to institute a lobster special this summer, he opted for fewer accoutrements and more lobster; the special includes soup or salad, one 2-pound lobster, roast potatoes and, instead of corn on the cob, creamed corn.

Sunday through Thursday offers a price fixed menu for $23.95. Private room catering for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, communions and anniversary dinners. Drink specials at the bar. Thursday is also $5 martini night.
