Bay Shore’s New American restaurant, The Lake House, is offering a terrific-sounding Christmas catering menu. Orders must be received by Dec. 21 and pickup is on Dec. 24. All items serve four people except dessert:
Appetizers and hors d’oeuvres
Wild-mushroom risotto, roasted shiitake, truffle oil and asparagus, $40
