The Catholic Community Health and Outreach Bus will be at the Library to conduct free health screenings, fall risk checks, health education, and referrals for adults 18 and over. Flu shots will be available. Registration not required.

Representatives from the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council will assist with Medicaid enrollment as well as the New York State of Health Marketplace.
