The Ladies Village Improvement Society of East Hampton Walk
Join this walk and tour of two of their iconic sites: the grounds of their Main Street property, including the newly renovated sunken garden, followed by a walk through town to the Village Nature Trail and Wildlife Sanctuary - ending at the duck pond. At each location we will be met by the chair of the respective LVIS committee for a detailed discussion of their efforts at these locations. Duration: app. 2 hours. Park in the long term parking lot and meet at 9:45 AM at the front door of LVIS headquarters 95 Main Street, East Hampton. Leader: Marian Zucker (1.75 miles)

Fred Golofaro Memorial Montauk Classic Bluefish and Striped Bass Surf Fishing Tournament
Fishing tournament held from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon, fish must be landed from the beach, surf, jetty, bank or pier beginning at the westernmost tip of Napeague State Park and encompassing all points east, all areas must be accessible by foot or wading, Montauk Anglers Club and Marina will be the official weigh-in and photo verification station, prizes will be awarded for the 3 largest bluefish and the 3 longest striped bass, raffle drawing and awards will be held on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. in the lower parking lot of Montauk Point State Park, register
