Medicaid Enrollment Assistance for the Aged, Blind and Disabled
Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council will have facilitated enrollers trained by New York State Department of Health to assist patrons ages 65 and older and adults/children who are blind/disabled enroll in the Medicaid programs they are eligible for at this time
