A Uniondale teen was arrested Friday morning for allegedly calling in several fake bomb threats to Uniondale High School, including one that sparked an evacuation.

Tahmari Lowe, 17, of Nostrand Avenue, a student at the school on Goodrich Street, is accused of making six such calls to the school from the same phone number, Nassau County police said in a news release.

On Friday, Lowe called the school and said there was a bomb inside, police said, prompting school officials to evacuate the building and call police. While the officers were at the school, a second call was made stating that there was a bomb inside, police said.

Detectives from the First squad found Lowe at his home and arrested him without incident, police said.

Lowe faces six counts of making a terroristic threat. His arraignment at First District Court in Hempstead was continued on Saturday and he was held on $5,000 cash or bond.

Attorney information for Lowe was not immediately available Saturday.
