Deer Park shooting: One man killed at Triple J auto body shop

A Bay Shore man was fatally shot inside a Deer Park auto body shop on Monday night, Suffolk police said.

The shooting occurred at Triple J on Skidmore Road between Maida and Fillmore avenues about 7:50 p.m., police said.

Two calls were made to 911 reporting an injured individual, police added.

David Moll-Rivera, 37, was identified by Suffolk police on Wednesday as the man killed. He was pronounced dead at a hospital
