A Huntington Station man was arrested in the hamlet Sunday, accused of driving drunk with his teenage daughter in his pickup truck, Suffolk County police said.

Cristian Quintanilla, 36, of President Street, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a violation of Leandra’s Law, driving while intoxicated, and endangering the welfare of a child, according to police and court records.

Police said Quintanilla was arrested shortly after 2:30 a.m. during a STOP DWI patrol. Police said Second Precinct Officer Joshua Parsons pulled over Quintanilla’s 2006 Toyota Tundra on Fifth Avenue South at West Hills Road and found him to be intoxicated with his 15-year-old daughter in the truck.

At his arraignment Sunday at First District Court in Hempstead, Quintanilla was ordered held on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond, court records show. He is due back in court on Friday.
