Anniversary: Merna and John Nuss, 65 years

MERNA AND JOHN NUSS,
of Glen Cove, were wed May 2, 1959, at The Queen of All Saints in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Their reception was at Farragut Manor, with about 100 people in attendance. They then headed off to Bermuda for their honeymoon. John’s sister, Barbara, who worked with Merna at the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, had introduced the couple four years earlier. They have three children and two grandchildren. They celebrated at the Milleridge Inn in Jericho on May 5.
