At its Dec. 17 meeting the Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals:

Amityville: Granted Arnold Jackson permission to rebuild a one-family dwelling with front porch with insufficient side yard, west side of Bayview Avenue, south of Rodney Place.

Amityville: Granted James Taylor permission, as amended, to build a one-family dwelling with internal garage and front porch due to fire damage with insufficient width at front street line, lot area, and side yards, west side of County Line Road.

Copiague: Granted Angel Paulino permission to retain a shed, and awning is referred to counsel for variance, with insufficient distance to north lot line, west side of Cabota Avenue.
