Victor Varonier, of Miller Place, has been inducted into the Long Island Junior Soccer League Hall of Fame. Varonier has volunteered as a club president in the league for more than two decades, performing tasks such as lining and setting up fields. In 2007, he led the Sound Beach Hurricanes to the club’s only state cup championship. He is vice president of operations for the Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment in Kings Park.
