Cops: 1 hurt in 2-car crash on Southern State at Meadowbrook Parkway
One person was injured Friday night in a two-car crash at the juncture of the Southern State and the Meadowbrook State parkways in North Merrick, State Police said.
The crash, which snarled traffic, occurred at 10:34 p.m. on the eastbound Southern State Parkway at the northbound ramp to the Meadowbrook.
The driver of one car was taken to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said. The other driver was not hurt.
