Nassau County police are searching for two men who broke into a cellphone store in Oceanside early Sunday by throwing a brick through the front door, then absconded with a load of merchandise.

The men, both wearing hooded sweatshirts, went to the Verizon Store at 3337 Long Beach Rd. at about 3:20 a.m. and threw a brick through the front window, police said.

The men then entered the store and fled with assorted merchandise. The activity and the suspects was captured on a store camera.

Police ask anyone with any information on this case to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
