Nassau County police said the two suspects took cash from a male employee, 29, at the Quick Stop Food Market, 528 Nassau Rd., at about 11:35 p.m.

The two entered the store with one showing a black handgun, police said. The armed suspect then reached over the counter and grabbed the victim's wrist before snatching an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

The two men then ran east on Pennywood Avenue.

Police said there were no injuries.
