Police have arrested a second former employee of a Woodbury financial services company in connection with the theft of sensitive financial information from the firm last year.

Gregory Swarn, 38, of the Bronx, was arrested Friday, Nassau police said.

His alleged accomplice, Christopher Pemberton, 32, of Manhattan, pleaded guilty in March to larceny charges and is serving a 1-year prison sentence, according to court records.

Pemberton and Swarn are accused of entering the offices of Obsidian Financial Group, at 1000 Woodbury Rd., on Oct. 16, 2009, and using a door key code. Police said the men photocopied documents with customers' names, Social Security numbers and bank reference numbers.

Police did not say how the men allegedly used the information.

A telephone message left Saturday at Obsidian was not immediately returned.
