3 men sought in Elmont gas station robbery

Nassau police are looking for three suspects in a robbery of a gas station in Elmont.

Three men robbed the USA Gas Station at 1278 Hempstead Turnpike of an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot, police said. One man was armed with a handgun and the other two held knives, police said.

No one was injured in the incident, which happened on Saturday night at about 9:25 p.m., police said.

Police are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call 1-800-244-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous, police said.
