Nassau County police Saturday arrested three Brooklyn men accused of robbing a Merrick AT&T store of $30,000 worth of merchandise.

Detectives said Daytona Goodwin, 21, Erick Perez, 22, and Luis Umpierre, 22, walked into the store at 235 Sunrise Hwy. around 3 p.m. Saturday, held three employees at gunpoint and demanded to be taken to the stockroom. They took the merchandise and fled in a white vehicle, only to be spotted by a police officer not far from the scene and later arrested, detectives said.

The three men were charged with robbery, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon, and are to be arraigned Sunday in First District Court in Hempstead.
