Four men were arrested early Tuesday after police said they were spotted stealing clothing from a donation bin in the parking lot of Westfield Sunrise Mall in East Massapequa.

Juan A. Zarzuela, 19, of 810 Bayview Ave., Amityville, Josue Rivera, 18, and Edenilson Rivera, 18, both of 225 E. John St., Lindenhurst, and Julio Cesar-Erazo-Gonzalez, 23, whose address is unknown, were arrested on charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, Nassau County police said.

Josue Rivera and Zarzuela also were charged with possession of burglar tools.

All are scheduled for arraignment Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.

Police said that Seventh Precinct officers spotted the four take clothing from the bin and placing it into a Dodge van.

The officers then initiated a traffic stop as the four left the lot in the van -- and police said clothing was recovered, as were flashlights used by Josue Rivera and Zarzuela.
