After a noise complaint led officials to investigate a pet store in Baldwin, police found 11 sick puppies, ranging in age from 6 weeks to 3 months old, authorities said. Nassau County police commissioner Patrick Ryder and Nassau County SPCA board president Gary Rogers on Tuesday talked about the case.
