An Oceanside man who allegedly left blood evidence at the scene was arrested on burglary charges Thursday for a November break-in at an Oceanside eatery, Fourth Squad detectives said.

Richard Wolfe, 43, of 3555 Bartz St., allegedly threw a cinderblock through the front glass window of Cold Cut City, 230 Atlantic Ave., at about 1:35 a.m. on Nov. 3, Nassau County police said.

Wolfe then entered the store and took an undetermined but small amount of cash from the register, police said.

Police said in the release that Wolfe is seen on "store surveillance video" and "left blood evidence at the scene."

Wolfe is charged with burglary and criminal mischief, police said. He was scheduled to be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
