John Goldschmidt, 54, of West Hempstead, and his brother, Robert, 50, of Queens, both underwent hip relacement surgery on the same day at North Shore University Hospital Syosset, and performed by the same surgeon. Now the siblings are recovering at John Goldschmidt's West Hempstead home.
