LIE reopens westbound after car fire in Old Westbury, cops say

All westbound lanes of the Long Island Expressway in Old Westbury have reopened after being temporarily closed late Sunday night after a vehicle caught fire, police said.

OId Westbury police responded to a crash between exits 40 and 39, said Village of Old Westbury police dispatcher Ryan Roberts said.
