Child injured in stabbing at Westbury restaurant
A child was stabbed at Dave & Buster's Restaurant in Westbury about 8:30 p.m. Friday, Nassau police said.
The child, whose injuries are not considered life-threatening, was transported from the restaurant on Old Country Road to an area hospital, police said.
Detailed information concerning the child and the circumstances were not immediately available from police.
