Conklin Street in Farmingdale reopens after crash
Eastbound Conklin Street in Farmingdale, closed Monday morning due to a head-on crash, has been reopened, police said.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at 9:22 a.m. in the eastbound lanes near the intersection of Conklin, Route 24, and Merritts Road, Nassau County police said. It was not immediately clear what type of vehicles were involved, but police said there were no life-threatening injuries.
Police said the cause of the crash is under investigation.
