One injured in Massapequa crash, cops say
One person was injured when two vehicles collided in Massapequa on Thursday afternoon, Nassau police said.
The crash occurred on Sunrise Highway at Old Sunrise Highway at 2:10 p.m., according to police.
A photograph from the scene showed a pickup truck and a flatbed truck had crashed into each other head-on, with both vehicles sustaining serious damage.
Police had no additional information immediately available about the crash or the nature of the person’s injuries.
