Police said Dezso Gyapias, 28 and Ioan Leusca, 29, neither of a known address, used skimming devices, re-encoded ATM cards and withdrew more than $13,700 at several TD Bank ATMs from Dec. 16, 2012 to Jan. 13.

Detectives from Nassau's Crimes Against Property Squad and the Bureau of Special Operations arrested the men about 9:30 a.m. Saturday at an ATM at 111 Great Neck Rd. in Great Neck, officials said.

Gyapias was charged with third degree grand larceny and two counts of second degree possession of a forged instrument and first degree fraud.

Leusca is charged with third degree grand larceny, three counts of second degree possession of a forged instrument and first degree fraud.

Both suspects are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in First District Court in Hempstead.
