<a href="/topics//Nassau_County_Police">Nassau County Police</a> on Saturday arrested two men in <a href="/topics//Great_Neck,_NY">Great Neck</a> on charges of grand larceny, saying they illegally skimmed ATM cards and withdrew nearly $14,000 at numerous ATMs throughout the tri-state area. 
 Police said Dezso Gyapias, 28 and Ioan Leusca, 29, neither of a known address, used skimming devices, re-encoded ATM cards and withdrew more than $13,700 at several <a href="/topics//TD_Bank,_N.A.">TD Bank</a> ATMs from Dec. 16, 2012 to Jan. 13. 
 Detectives from <a href="/topics//Nassau_County,_NY">Nassau</a>'s Crimes Against Property Squad and the Bureau of Special Operations arrested the men about 9:30 a.m. Saturday at an ATM at 111 <a href="/topics//Great_Neck,_NY">Great Neck</a> Rd. in <a href="/topics//Great_Neck,_NY">Great Neck</a>, officials said. 
 Gyapias was charged with third degree grand larceny and two counts of second degree possession of a forged instrument and first degree fraud. 
 Leusca is charged with third degree grand larceny, three counts of second degree possession of a forged instrument and first degree fraud. 
 Both suspects are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in First District Court in <a href="/topics//Hempstead,_NY">Hempstead</a>.
