Nyhimes Henderson, 27, of Fresh Meadows, was arrested Saturday after cops said he tried to purchase a flat screen with someone else's credit card. (Feb. 13, 2011) Credit: NCPD

Nassau County police have arrested two men they said tried to buy a $1,303.49 flat-screen television at a Valley Stream Sears on somebody else's credit account.

Police said that after they arrested Nyhimes Henderson, 27, of Fresh Meadows, and David Boynton, 39, of Queens, they found a stolen credit card on Henderson, and a credit card encoding machine in the rental vehicle both men were driving.

Both men were charged with possession of a forgery device, identity theft and grand larceny. Henderson was also charged with criminal possession of stolen property. They will be arraigned Monday in First District Court, Hempstead.
