Cops: 2 men rob Dunkin' Donuts in Hempstead

Two men, one armed with a black handgun, robbed a Hempstead Dunkin' Donuts Monday afternoon, police said.

Nassau County police said the two men entered the store, at 579 Peninsula Blvd., about 2:40 p.m. and demanded money. The two male employees, ages 22 and 29, gave them some money and the robbers fled eastbound on Linden Avenue. No injuries were reported.
