Police are searching for two men in an armed robbery of a 7-Eleven store in Baldwin early Saturday.

The first subject jumped over the counter and demanded the 22-year-old employee open the cash register and put money into a black canvas bag, according to Nassau County police. The subject then demanded the victim's personal property, including his wallet and cellphone, police said.

A second subject then demanded another 21-year-old employee to get to the ground and remove his wristwatch, police said.

Both subjects, armed with silver handguns and wearing black ski masks, left the store and ran west, police said. One subject was described as wearing a black and gray North Face jacket and black pants; the second subject was wearing a dark-colored jacket and khaki pants, police said.

No injuries were reported in the 4:18 a.m. robbery at the 7-Eleven at 964 Merrick Rd. The subjects left with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
