Cops: 3 men rob Valley Stream 7-Eleven
Nassau County police are hoping the public can help find three men who they say robbed a Valley Stream 7-Eleven early Sunday morning.
The suspects, wearing gloves and dark clothing, entered the 7-Eleven at 100 E. Sunrise Hwy. at 4:14 a.m., police said.
Once inside, one man pulled out a silver gun, while another grabbed cash out of the store's register, police said. The third man grabbed several New York State lottery tickets.
All three suspects left the store and ran southbound on Brookside Drive.
At the time of the robbery, there were two employees and one customer inside the store, police said. No injuries were reported.
Two of the suspects wore bandannas covering their faces while the third wore a T-shirt covering the lower portion of his face, police said.
Police ask that anyone with information about the robbery call Nassau County CrimeStoppers at 800-244-TIPS. Calls will remain confidential, police said.
