A head-on collision on Round Swamp Road in West Hills left four men hospitalized Thursday night, police said.

One man was airlifted to Stony Brook University Medical Center with a compound fracture of his arm, Suffolk County police said.

Three others were taken to Huntington Hospital.

Police said none of the injuries were life-threatening.

The accident occurred at about 10:30 p.m. Police said a Toyota Previa minivan with three occupants collided with an Acura wagon carrying a lone male driver. No alcohol was involved, police said.

Neither driver was charged, though both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.

Volunteers from the Huntington Manor Fire Department responded to the scene and used the hydraulic Jaws of Life to remove the roof and doors from the minivan to free the three occupants. The minivan driver was airlifted to Stony Brook by a Suffolk police helicopter, while the other victims were taken to Huntington Hospital by the Huntington Community First Aid Squad.
