Four teenagers were rushed to the hospital late Sunday night after the vehicle they were riding in crashed into a parked van and flipped over in Hicksville.

One person was ejected from the Chevy Camaro Z-28, authorities said. The Camaro was heading east on Boulevard Drive just before the crash, officials said.

"They were coming down the center of the road and must have hit it," Hicksville's fire chief Chris Moskos said of the crash into the parked car.

Moskos said the teens appeared to be in stable conditions.

Hicksville fire officials said they responded to a call that came in at 9:15 p.m. Nassau County police officers also arrived at the scene. The passengers were taken to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, officials said.

Firefighters were able to save the injured driver by lifting the car with air bags, officials said.

"They're lucky, obviously," Moskos said. "They all walked out of it."
