Police said he stole a Motorola smartwatch worth $249.99.

Now, Nassau County police are offering a reward -- if your information leads to his arrest.

The theft occurred at the Target store at the Broadway Mall in Hicksville at about 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 15, police said.

The man, seen in surveillance video, has a mohawk haircut and wore a black jacket, a white T-shirt, jeans and black shoes. Police said he took the watch, then exited the store "passing all points of purchase without attempting" to pay for the item he'd taken.
