Cops: Brush Hollow Road in Westbury reopens after crash

Three people were injured and Brush Hollow Road was closed in both directions for more than four hours Monday morning after two trucks collided just south of Jericho Turnpike in Westbury, officials said.
The accident was reported at 5:05 a.m., Nassau County police said, and road reopened at 9:25 a.m.
A spokesman for the Town of Oyster Bay, Brian Nevin, said one of its sanitation trucks was rear-ended by another truck and flipped.
The three workers in the truck were taken to a hospital, Nevin said. Police said the injuries were minor.
There was no information available on the second truck.
