A Brooklyn couple sold heroin to an undercover detective twice, including once in front of their 1-year-old daughter, Nassau County police said Tuesday.

Malbin Cuevas, 31, and Angelica Ferreira, 22, each of 156 Pine St., sold an undisclosed quantity of heroin to an undercover narcotics detective on July 20 and agreed on deal for heroin at about 5:30 p.m., Monday, detectives from the narcotics/vice squad said Tuesday.

In Monday's alleged transaction, in a parking lot at 334 N. Broadway in Jericho, police said the couple's daughter was in the car at the time of the deal.

Cuevas and Ferreira were arrested without incident and the child was released at the scene to a family member, police said.

Each is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.

They are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
