Lanes closed by 3-car crash reopen on Southern State Parkway, cops say

The left and center westbound lanes have been reopened on the Southern State Parkway near Exit 28N, Wantagh Avenue, after a three-vehicle crash Sunday morning, according to state police.

One person was taken to Nassau University Medical Center with unknown injuries, police said.

Traffic was delayed after the crash was reported at 11:47 a.m.
