A disgruntled teenage employee was arrested and charged with robbing a family of four outside the Target store in Hicksville Sunday, police said, right after he quit his job there.

Keddy Oliver, 17, of 73 Cedar Rd., Hicksville, was charged with two counts of third degree robbery, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Oliver had no weapon, police said, when he pushed the family, demanded money, and pointed at them with his hand in the shape of a gun. But the 24-year-old mother, fearing for her family, handed over an unspecified amount of money, Nassau police said.

Oliver left on foot but officers located him a short time later on nearby Nevada Street and made the arrest, police said.
