Cops: Elmont man with Alzheimer’s who went missing is found

A man with Alzheimer’s disease who speaks no English has been found after going missing, officials said.
Lovanus Edme, 75, was last seen leaving his home on Keller Avenue in Elmont early Monday. He speaks only Creole.
In a news release Tuesday afternoon Nassau County police said Edme has been found. Police did not provide details.
