A Floral Park man was arrested Monday on charges he twice sold drugs to undercover narcotics detectives, Nassau County police said.

Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives said Kevin Banos, 24, of 224 Jericho Tpke., was the subject of a narcotics investigation and twice sold drugs -- ecstasy on Aug. 23 and MDMA, another form of ecstasy, and marijuana on Aug. 29 -- from his home, police said.

When members of Nassau's Critical Incident Rapid Response Task Force and Floral Park detectives arrested him at his home on Monday, they recovered quantities of cocaine, MDMA and marijuana, a digital scale, narcotics packaging material, a loaded shotgun and $1,401 in cash, police said.

Banos is charged with two counts of second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of marijuana.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
