Cops: Freeport man faces forcible touching charge

A Freeport man has been arrested on charges of forcible touching, Nassau County police said Tuesday.

Nathaniel Mitchell, 54, of 16 Summers Pl., was arrested at the Third Precinct, after allegedly touching a "female victim" in Carle Place several times between Aug. 10 and Sunday, police said.

Mitchell was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
