Cops: Missing Freeport woman with cognitive disorders located
A missing Freeport woman suffering from cognitive disorders and needing medication has been located, police said.
Djumey Chardonnette, 18, who is described as a “vulnerable adult,” was last seen about 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, Nassau County police said in a news release earlier this week.
She has been located unharmed, police said Saturday.
