A food deliveryman was robbed Thursday night in Uniondale by a gun-wielding suspect who made off with his cash and cellphone -- and the food he was delivering, police said.

The victim, 39, was in his car at about 9:40 p.m. delivering food on Maple Avenue when the suspect approached, pointed a black revolver at him and demanded his property, Nassau County police said.

The suspect was described as being about 5-foot10, 210 pounds, with a shaved head and wearing a black T-shirt, white shorts and a white ski mask.

Detectives ask anyone with information about the robbery to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS.
