Police are investigating the Friday morning robbery of a Woodbury bank.

The suspect entered the Chase Bank at 7977 Jericho Tpke. at 9:09 a.m. "and handed a demand note to a teller," Nassau County police said in a news release.

The suspect obtained an undetermined amount of money and left the bank, police said. None of the 10 employees and four customers in the bank at the time was injured.

Police described the suspect as stocky, in his 40s, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, "wearing a light-colored winter cap, camouflage jacket and blue pants," police said.
