Cops: Lake Grove man dies in Northern State crash

A Lake Grove man died in a single-vehicle crash Saturday morning while driving on the Northern State Parkway in Nassau County, State Police said.
Glenn Sullivan, 50, was driving a silver Infiniti westbound near Exit 39 at a "high rate of speed" when he lost control of his vehicle, which overturned before striking a tree at about 9:25 a.m., officers said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
State Police closed all westbound lanes of the parkway for about two hours as a result of the crash.
