A Long Beach woman was arrested on multiple drug charges after a search warrant was executed at her home, Long Beach police said Friday.

Susan Garcia, 62, of 270 Shore Rd., Apt. 22, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of marijuana.

Long Beach officers executed the search warrant about 11:20 p.m. Thursday, and found a half ounce of cocaine, scales commonly used in drug sales, more than 8 ounces of marijuana, assorted illegal controlled substances (prescription pills), and more than $20,000 in cash that officers seized in forfeiture, police said.

Garcia, a self-employed dog walker/house cleaner, was arraigned in Long Beach City Court on Friday and released on $5,000 bond pending her next court appearance June 6.
