Cops look for 2 Uniondale robbery suspects

Third Squad detectives are looking for two men who early Friday morning robbed a Uniondale man at gunpoint in his apartment, Nassau County police said.

Detectives said the 28-year-old victim was sleeping in his second-floor apartment at about 12:20 a.m. when he was awakened by the two men, including one with a black handgun wrapped in a white cloth.

The victim was startled and jumped out a window, police said. When he returned to the apartment, he noticed a black laptop computer had been taken.

The victim refused treatment for an injury to his right arm, police said.
