A Massapequa Park man remains in Nassau County Jail after allegedly selling three oxycodone pills in his front yard Friday night, police said.

Andres Caceres, 21, was taken into custody Friday after police found seven oxycodone pills and 133 suboxone tablets in his bedroom, police said.

Caceres, of 1393 Lake Shore Dr., was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Saturday, according to court records.

His bond is set at $70,000 and he is due back in court Tuesday.

Caceres is charged with third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
