Cops: Man hit, hurt by car in Massapequa Park
A male pedestrian was seriously hurt Friday night after he was struck by a car in Massapequa Park, Nassau police said.
Police said the victim was struck at Sunrise Highway and Lakeshore Boulevard at 9:30 p.m. Eastbound lanes of Sunrise Highway are closed for accident investigation at Ocean Avenue, police said.
No further information was immediately available.
